Created by 4 current medical students (who have all scored 520+ on the MCAT), this guide is a 178 page playbook that includes the exact strategies, study methods, and section-specific approaches we used while taking our MCAT exam. This guide doesn't only includes content, but it also includes guidance on how we approached/studied for the exam, and the strategies, tips, and tricks we used while we actually took the exam.
In this guide, we cover all four sections, tie each topic to the Foundational Concepts and AAMC skills, and show you how to leverage them for smarter studying, faster timing, and better pattern recognition (so you can predict what a question is truly asking). Along with this, we included 90+ pages of high yield content notes that we created and used while studying and a comprehensive equations sheet. We have also included more than 60 practice problems with full explanations that model our thought process for correct and incorrect answers.
In addition, we share exam pacing methods and a “Hell Week” method we used to push ourselves to our limits a week before the exam, and much more.
This guide is designed to help you feel, not just prepared, but over-prepared when you walk into the exam. We want to build your confidence and help you stay sharp while under pressure.

Took the September 4th exam and got my score back today, which was a 514. I used to score in the low 500's but realizing how I utilized and studied the heck out of this guide (along with countless Anki decks), I guess it was bound to be. Satisfied with this guide 👍
I literally opened my score a few minutes ago and as soon as I saw my score I came here to give my thanks. I genuinely am shaking rn. This resource helped me so much and writing this review is literally the least I can do. TY!!!!
straightforward and easy to follow but still comprehensive at the same time
Brought my practice exam score up.
I bought this guide a while ago and have been using it reviewing it constantly for some time now and it truly has helped. Yesterday, I decided to take a practice exam, and I managed to score a 515 on it, which I am extremely happy by. And for some context, I was scoring in 505ish area on my previous practice exams. I'd say the guide was worth it in my opinion and was useful
